Sue Biggs is the founding owner of Ms. Sue's Med Spa, specializing in advanced rejuvenation and anti-aging services. Ms. Sue earned her Bachelor of Nursing from the University of Tennessee, receiving national certification in Occupational Health Nursing from the American Board for Occupational Health Nurses and being designated an Employee Assistance Professional from the Tennessee Department of Labor and Workforce Development.

Ms. Sue is state-licensed in Medical Aesthetics, having advanced training and certifications in laser skin treatments and injections. Having served as an Occupational Health Nurse Specialist for over 21 years for Ford Motor Company, Ms. Sue started Ms. Sue's Med Spa to create a place for people to rejuvenate by a trained staff who understand a person's needs. With cutting edge equipment and experience second to none in Tennessee and Sumner Counties.

Ms. Sue is a member of the Middle TN/National Occupational Health Board, International/local Rotary Club, Gallatin Chamber of Commerce, and the U.T. Family/Community Education Club.

Ms. Sue named the 2015 Rising Star Award from Tennessee Small Business Development Center at Volunteer State Community College.

Marianne Burton has served as the Spa Manager for Ms. Sue's since October 2009. Marianne handles all operations duties, including customer service, new product research, marketing, payroll, billing, and brand management.

Ms. Theresa has been an Aesthetician for nine years.

She helps a wide variety of clients ranging from individuals treating themselves to something relaxing to individuals who want to reverse the aging process's signs. She is highly skilled in all the technical aspects of aesthetics and exceptionally creative to provide her clients with unparalleled service and quality.

She specializes in Microneedling, LumiFacials/LumiLifts, Microdermabrasions, and Acne-Prone Skin.

This is a profession that allows her to help people on a one on one basis.
She is able to see a transformation right before her eyes.
She has had the privilege to work alongside incredible chiropractors and physical therapists, massaging professional athletes, as well as helping those with chronic pain. Along with the opportunity working in luxury spas taking relaxation to the next level.
Her life's journey has been leading her here to Gallatin, TN.
Working at Ms. Sue's Med Spa as a LMT she draws on every aspect of her care journey.
She gets to take all of the parts that brought her here, and do what she truly loves.
She helps people feel and perform their very best.

Thomas Struble, MD
Medical Director

Dr. Struble was born in Southern Illinois and raised in Western Kentucky. After graduating high school, he finished technical school as a machinist and worked in the field for a few years. Seeking new adventures, he joined the Navy, learning a new profession in electronics specializing in satellite communications. While in the Navy, he earned 2 degrees. After serving ten years, he left and entered the Air Force when he was selected for Medical School at Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences. The residency was completed at St. Louis University Family Practice program. He retired after serving 14 years in the Air Force and settled in the Nashville area in 2008. Board-certified in family practice and works in urgent care.
